Cyberteq has recently completed a nationwide audit for the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication (Minpostel) in Cameroon. The audit for quality of services was done for four telecom operators in Cameroon (MTN, Orange , Nextel and Camtel) and it included also Benchmarking through filed measurements and Information security.
The audit was performed by Cyberteq team and results were presented to public on Oct 27th in presence of her excellency Minette Libom Li Likeng, Cameroon’s minister of post and telecommunication (Minpostel),
“The results of the audit confirmed the ongoing degradation of the quality of the services of all the operators due to their non-compliance with their specification and the poor technical support by the sector’s regulator,” the telecommunication minister declared.
“We are honored to be selected by Minpostel to perform this audit nationwide and our audit results will help all telecom operators to improve their services which will have positive impact on the end user experience in Cameron” , Mr. Jamal Mekdachi said, Head of operations at Cyberteq.
